Where It All Began
I love food and I love people and I love people eating and enjoying my food. I am obsessed with recipes and different food combinations, If I am not actually cooking, I’m creating or developing a new idea, a new taste experience, I dream about food.
My favourite food is the best of Fusion cooking by which I mean a global approach. I take my inspiration from many International friends and I love to travel , especially the Far east and so I tweak other cuisines to make them my own..
